Cancellation Policy
Understanding your options for order modification.
Standard Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. Once this window has passed, the order enters our automated fulfillment stream and can no longer be cancelled.
How to Cancel
To cancel an eligible order:
- Navigate to your "Order History".
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- If still within the 60-minute window, click the "Cancel Order" button.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
Post-Cancellation Window
If you missed the cancellation window, don't worry. You can still return the item once it arrives by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Funds for cancelled orders are released immediately. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
